MA Group works as a main contractor in Dubai under trade licence 1313110, holding the full scope and the authority approvals — new builds, extensions, modular buildings, structural and civil works, external works and the submissions that go with them.
A main contractor holds the construction contract with the client, carries the programme and the price, appoints and manages subcontractors, and is responsible to the authorities for the works. In Dubai that includes the building permit submissions, inspections at each stage and the completion certificate.

Yes. A significant part of our work is as a specialist subcontractor to other main contractors — interiors, joinery, landscape and finishing packages. We are equally set up to hold the main contract or to sit inside somebody else's.
