MA Group delivers turnkey interior fit-out in Dubai and across the UAE under trade licence 1175355 — taking a brief from an empty shell or a landlord's Cat A finish through design, authority approval, construction and snagging, on one contract with one accountable party.
An interior fit-out is the work that turns an empty or shell-and-core space into a finished, occupiable interior — partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, mechanical and electrical services and final finishes. In the UAE it also covers the authority approvals needed before the space can legally be handed over and used.
We take the brief, produce the design package and shop drawings, coordinate MEP, submit for authority approval, price the work as a bill of quantities, build it, commission it and snag our own work. Where a client already has a designer we build to their drawings and coordinate the same approvals.
Fit-out approval from the authority governing the plot — Dubai Municipality, Dubai Development Authority, Trakhees or the relevant free zone — plus Dubai Civil Defence approval for fire alarm, suppression and means of escape, and DEWA approval where power, water or drainage change. The landlord's NOC comes first.
Yes. Much of our work is carried out in buildings that stay open — hospitals, hotels and offices. That means phased possession, sealed hoardings, controlled access routes, dust and infection control where required, and noisy activities restricted to windows agreed with the operator in advance.
As a measured bill of quantities: every item with its quantity, unit, unit rate and total, referenced to the drawings and specification. Preliminaries and overheads are carried inside the unit rates rather than shown as separate lines. UAE VAT of 5% is added to the contract sum.
We are, for the defects liability period stated in the contract — commonly twelve months. Because MA Group also holds a building maintenance licence, planned and reactive maintenance can continue under the same ownership afterwards, with the asset register and warranties already in our hands.
